We will install 1 electronic device, such as a PC, access point, print server, wireless range extender, game console, on your existing wireless network and existing internet connection.
ISP / Network Troubleshooting:
Reinstate a crashed network connection to normal using this network troubleshooting and repair service for PC. We will determine the reason for improper network functioning, troubleshoot and repair your network connection and ensure your networked computers are able to access your existing internet connection.
Computer Diagnostic:
We will get to the bottom of what ever the issue may be. We will diagnose the problem and discuss the prescriptions with you. We will provide a written estimate for you and discuss this with you the options for repair and or upgrade.
Computer Checkup / Tuneup:
We will make sure that your computer or laptop is working as it should. We will remove any programs that may be running and slowing your computer down. We will make sure that your version of Operating System is up to date with the latest updates from the Microsoft Update Website (must have a valid OS license Key).
Diagnostic and Repair (Virus and Spyware):
We will make sure that your computer or laptop has a valid virus program installed and ensure it is up to date. We will install spyware programs and run these several times to ensure that all spyware/malware and viruses have been inoculated.
Diagnostic and Repair with Backup:
Protect your important files, photos and music from a total wipe out due to a virus or spyware threat. We will backup all your specified data to a safe location, remove the virus and or spyware and restore all your data back to My Documents or other save area of your choosing.

Memory Installation:
We will install memory (up to the board limitations) into your computer or laptop. We will ensure that it is working properly. Parts are not included.
System Assembly:
You have just purchased all new parts for upgrading your computer, and realize that you are not sure you know what you are doing. We will assemble the computer system for you and test it to make sure it is working. All parts must have manufactures warranties.
Design and construction of system:
You don’t want to purchase a computer that is already assembled, or may have some parts already in a computer that is already working. We will sit down and design a computer that fits your needs, and order the parts during our consultation. (all parts must be pre-paid)
Software installation:
We will install software onto your computer or laptop. Customer must have receipt showing the software is legal owned by customer. Not responsible for non-working or invalid license / cd-key. If software is downloaded from Internet, not responsible for virus or damage due to corrupted files.
Setup Office:
Setting up new or old computer hardware, monitor, docking station, mouse, keyboard, etc. We will ensure all cables are bundled neatly and ensure that all components are working properly. Multiple workstations setup can be discussed.
Software Instruction:
